We visited 3 times in 3 days as we were staying across the street and the weather was FREEZING. First, for drinks... Nice atmosphere, but bartender said they had no brandy, but we were looking right at it.  Second, for dessert at about 10:00pm after a show. Dessert was yummy and service was pretty good until they came and gave last-call at 10:45.  They dropped the check while we were still having our brandy (yep, they have brandy), asked us to close out and took our candle away.  Third, for brunch.  We asked to move up a booth, since our table was cold. Took a server 15 min to greet us and another 20 to get coffee after asking 3 people for it (I think we actually received the coffee, because by husband went to the coffee bar and told them we were leaving if it didn't come out ASAP). I watched several other guests get up to find a server, bread, water, syrup. Bummer.

I am giving this restaurant three stars because my whole experience did not leave an impression for me to come back again. I came here with a group of 8 people for a birthday party and reservation. Our waiter was extremely unhelpful when we asked questions on the menu. He recommended the most expensive things on the menu which showed his lack of appreciation for the Italian food. The table split pizza and the burrata cheese plate. Everyone was satisfied with their dinner.

Serafina is always a go to place for lunch or dinner. The food is consistently good, and has a cozy atmosphere. They also have a great wine selection.

Food was very tasty with generous portions. Had the Alla Norcina pizza which was topped with spicy sausage and mushrooms and really hit the spot. One pizza serves 1-1.5 people. Service was good as well. Would go back.

The food was excellent & the portions were more than enough. We had the Salmon with spinach & lentils. Delicious. We also ordered a plate of the potatoes & squash very tasty & delicious. I wish we lived closer. The service was excellent.
