I want to commend a service department on excellent work with my car. I brought my car in about three weeks ago to take care issues with shudder and others. Don Whitney and his team found a problem and fix it. Now, I feel like I am driving a new car and actually like it. Thank you again for a superb job.

Considering it would have been ordered while in Afghanistan that obviously would not be possible. That being said I found a different dealer that is willing and they will have earned my business. I will never be ready to purchase a car from this dealership. I literally only wanted to go around the block to feel 3 different things not drive it hard. I would have updated my response but wasnt using the same device. The only positive thing I have to say is the sales person was willing to help me and was professional.

I went to look at a car there and they were not willing to help me. I was looking at a Ford Focus rs. I am supposed to get deployed very shortly. And wanted to test drive the car before ordering it while I'm in Afghanistan. Because they refused to let me I will be looking at other dealerships but most likely end up with a Subaru wrx instead. Subaru's customer service was far superior. And will not recommend courtesy ford to anyone

After negotiating a deal on vehicle I placed a $250 deposit on 7/1. The vehicle was at a different Ford dealer lot, so Courtesy would have to perform a trade. Unfortunately Courtesy dropped the ball, never executed the trade and never provided an update until I was informed the rebates had expired on 7/5 and the cost of the vehicle had now increased by $3k. Prior to putting money down at Courtesy I was offered $2500 for my current vehicle as part of a min trade in offer (which is far more than my car would blue book for) but I did not take the offer, I stuck with Courtesy. Obviously a huge mistake on my part. After returning to the dealer to obtain my refund on 7/6 (which I received with out hassel) a different sales rep indicated he would follow up with me as they wanted to try and make it right. I also contacted their customer service on 7/7. I have yet to receive any follow up and highly doubt I will. So in short Courtesy cost me in excess of $5k and I do not have a new vehicle. If Courtesy was unable to procure the vehicle in time they should have at least had the decency to admit as much and I would have made other arrangements. RE: Follow up request...I have followed up with Courtesy (Annie), however I have yet to receive a response back.

I had am amazing experience here and in the future when I figure things out with my current vehicle, I hope to purchase a car here. I had bad luck with another dealership and Brian Moore was honest and so knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car. I was treated with respect from the get go from both Brian and Michelle! Thank you guys for the amazing customer service you provided and I will be back someday, hopefully soon!
