Everyone was Friendly. Brian called and updated me appropriately and was extremely helpful with every interaction I had with him. I'm sure its not often that an engine needs to be replaced and even for being a week and a half it seemed like it was done extremely fast. Ladies and Gentleman of Graff Chevrolet, Thank you and keep up the phenomenal service, it seems hard to find in the Okemos area.

We have bought three cars from Graff over the years, and I occasionally have my cars serviced there as well. Always personable, respectful, with good after sales follow-up. Something else that they offer which is not advertised is they will accept your used motor oil. I change the oil in my four vehicles myself, and it is a convenient spot to dispose of the used oil without hassle.

The dealership made the experience very easy for me. The lease turn in process was seamless and they had all of the necessary paperwork ready for me to review and sign on the new lease. As easy and enjoyable of an experience as buy-in a car can be.

At this location I get personalized greetings, snacks, frequent updates, loaner cars, pick-up/drop off of serviced vehicle at my work and much more--I haven't found this level of service anywhere else--even at another dealership where I had spent $350,000 in their service department!! I love getting my car service at Graff!!

I've bought 3 vehicles from here in the past 3 years and buying my fourth vehicle next week. Best Chevrolet dealership in the land. My salesperson is Patty Dean.
