We stayed in a suite and it was awesome! Being able to have two bathrooms was super convenient for our family and the separated rooms allowed our son to watch cartoons without us having to hear them. The rooms and bed were extremely clean. The only negative thing was we had to pay for parking and the parking garage doesn't connect directly to the hotel.

If I could give less than a 1, I would. This was definitely the worst motel that my family and I have ever stayed in. We arrived to check in shortly before 8pm but we were informed that the room was not ready. 2 hours later we were still waiting. Finally, we received a king room even though there were four of us and our booking was for a double. Finally, we were accommodated at 11pm. I guess it's very important for the Sheraton to thoroughly clean the room prior to the guest stay because this was the only time that our room was cleaned. Granted, we checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday. After being gone all day Tuesday, we returned to find that our room hadn't been cleaned. We called the front desk to inform them and to request towels. Eventually someone came to bring clean towels but we had to empty our trash in a hallway trash can. In fact, we had to locate our own towels daily and left a mound of dirty towels on the bathroom floor because no one ever came to get them. Our comforter was dirty and our bathroom floor appeared to have collected dirt from the past several guests. The elevator and parking deck gate only work with room keys but you have to swipe several times before the elevator and parking deck recognizes that you are indeed a guest so make sure you're not in a hurry. Oh yeah, they do provide a discounted breakfast buffet for $10 but you have to get there as soon as it begins because they run out of food within the first hour (especially bacon)and pretend as if there is no more left in the kitchen to cook. Finally, make sure you have a strong back and extra sets of hands because at checkout, there probably won't be any carts. We checked for carts from 8am - 10am. Of course there weren't any. Finally, we called and we're told that carts were provided in the lobby on a first come first serve basis but if this is going to be the practice, the Sheraton probably needs to purchase more than 4-5 carts. Maybe the Sheraton is better at its other locations but this one definitely doesn't need to serve as a convention center. It lacks the amenities and professionalism needed had a host motel. I'll leave my 1 rating because Anthony the "bellman" was fantastic! He was the highlight of our trip! Maybe he needs to run the motel.

The room is pretty nice and decent. I didn't like the fact that most rooms didn't have a microwave in them. Make sure you unload your bags at the front desk because the the garage does not have hotel access. The garage is narrow so be careful and they make you pay $8.00 a day to use it.

This is an impeccable place to go visit and for me a place to call home. I invested all I had to restart my life here and I hope it works out. Should you go to the visitors center you could get 30 nights provided you go give a review. A great deal to me

I stay here for work on a regular basis. About 4 blocks from the beach. Never have any problems. Usually pretty busy! Attached is a convention center so it’s always crowded. Very clean, best bed I’ve ever slept in, no complaints!
