Aqua Beach Inn is an affordable family friendly hotel centrally located in Myrtle Beach.

Story

Our newly renovated 60 room property is the perfect location for anyone coming to the Grand Strand. All of our rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. All of our rooms feature balconies, have a direct view of the ocean, and are accessible via interior corridors.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. On April 7, 2018, Most of the staff were helpful when my key card for my room was not working. One of the workers told me that the key card works because it is active and left it at that. I swiped 30 times to get in my room every time I went out of the room with three children this was frustrating. I came back the employee says maybe you are not swiping it correctly. Great Customer Service-The other worker a man apologized for this and came to try it himself and it did not work. He went back downstairs to get me two more key cards that worked. Please ensure that all staff are trained to give quality customer service the male employee is very professional and gives quality customer service he should run the training. The price was great and my family enjoyed their vacation. I will return in the summer.

Aqua Beach Inn is a hidden gem among the endless resorts in Myrtle Beach. My company books several rooms per week for work in Myrtle Beach and above all else we just want a clean room with good service. Before finding the Aqua Beach Inn this was easier said than done. The staff is always extremely friendly and when you need to reserve a room they answer quickly every time. The general manger personally greets us every time she is there and makes sure we’re enjoying our stay. The rooms are so much cleaner than the other resort we’ve tried and I mean I have tried A LOT. The location is awesome. One block from the ocean and from most rooms you can see the ocean from the room. Awesome view of the sky wheel too! The prices are extremely fair for the quality of service, cleanliness, and location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Frequent guest over the past 5 years. Staff always pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and all face the ocean even though the hotel is not oceanfront. Just a few blocks from the boardwalk. No on site restaurant but close to several. Rates are reasonable during the season and very good off season.

Staff is nice, price is ok, and location is good for the beach. However the glass doors to the patio DO NOT block any sound and is as good as a open window. Note that in Myrtle Beach, they rent motorcycles and people race them down the strip until 2AM, so soundproof windows are essential. Staff could not (would not?) change my room so I am going to be stuck with 2 nights terrible sleep. Sigh.

great location, nice room.. 2 issues - exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. second issue was it can be loud in the night - folks on the street screaming and partying i guess (we were in second floor).. maybe top floor room would be better.
