What most renters don't realize is that each unit is privately owned and maintained. Its up to the individual owner to keep their unit updated, maintained and clean. Some owners opt out which by some of the reviews on this site...prove to be inferior! The Atlantica is a fun resort with great amenities and the proximity to the boardwalk and all it has to offer makes this location one of the best places to vacation! The ocean views from the private balconies are breathtaking also!!!

We booked last minute and drove down pretty early. When we finally got to the place it was still pretty early and the front desk said the room wasn't clean yet. She did offer to keep our stuff behind the desk if we needed her to, she gave us a parking pass and a key to the pool. Because of her we were able to get our vacation started immediately, she even offered to call us when our room was clean, elevating the need for us to call for updates. The place itself has a bit of age on it, but the rooms were clean and the staff was so helpful anytime my family needed anything. The only suggestion that I have to future vacationers is to read the website or call ahead and ask questions. We did and we brought the supplies we needed. They don't clean you room everyday or stuff like that. It's a Resort not a hotel so they don't give you extra tissue and stuff. Again, no problem if you can read or call and ask a question. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very nice and spacious. Absolutely loved it. The staff was courteous my entire stay. My only dislike was parking across the street.

We stayed at this hotel last night. It was not clean. The Murphy bed was disgusting. The indoor pool was half a block away. There was a door off the hinges laying against the wall that led to a laundry drop. They had a strip of caution tape over that doorway. Parking was also far away. We only had sheets in our room for 2 of the 4 beds, and not enough pillows. When I called the desk, the guy said I'd have to walk the half a block to the other building to get them. After my fiancé left a scathing Google review, some lady called to apologize and eventually we did get sheets, but no pillows nor blankets. This is not a nice hotel. I'm glad we only stayed one night. I'd never stay here again and implore others to look elsewhere. There were many other minor things that just add up to an unpleasant stay. Bottom line: do not stay here. Too bad I can't give zero stars.

I'm a local Realtor and member of Atlantic Beach Resort as part of my community HOA. I love that I get free beach parking all year long, access to the grills, showers and lazy river. I was there today and took pictures and decided to share them after I got home. I've been so many times and every time the hotel smells of clean mopped floors and everyone is so friendly. This resort is a little older but well maintained, very family friendly and affordable. The room I saw today had fresh folded towels, coffee, nicely made beds, a flat screen tv and an amazing view. Not to mention Atlantica Resort is right at Pier 14, the Board Walk and the Sky Wheel. I've not seen every condo in this resort so I can only speak on behalf of the one I've seen and my continued pleasant experience with the resort.
