The room was amazing with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool area was clean and heated. Right off the beach makes for a relaxing back and forth from room to beach to pool. The restaurant does have a dress code for dinner that we did not know about so were not able to eat there. My husband wears sleeveless shirts and that is not allowed. It was a spur of moment vacation that we will definitely be doing again.

Even though this hotel is on the older side and could use some updating, I'm giving the hotel, staff and our stay 5 stars. We arrived at noon for a one night stay and expected to use their limited check in to be able to use the amenities but not have access to our room until the usual check in time of 3pm. Not only did we check in early, but we were given an upgrade to our room at no additional charge. This trip was for the kickoff celebration for our youngest granddaughter's birthday week and our experience at The Caribbean Resort was everything we could have hoped for. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay during our vacation. Beautiful beach view 15 floor, very clean, the pool area was nice and clean heated pools the indoor pools and outdoor pools. Great atmosphere ,staff was friendly. When we checked in your staff member Will was very friendly and helpful. When we book another vacation to myrtle beach we will definitely come back to this hotel.

We went the week before Mother's day in May 2018. 3 rooms and 2 baths with a kitchen, living room and a deck. First time at a resort/villa, way better than I expected. My only complaints were: When we arrived for check in, it got hectic. They need a better process in the unload/loading area. We had a hard time finding somewhere to park just to unload, very congested. The other thing that I didn't like was upon leaving we could not find a luggage carrier to load our things, I believe people were stashing it away in their rooms the night before they leave because there were NONE in site. Be prepared for arriving and departure chaos. Other than that, the villa was beautiful, plenty to enjoy onsite and restaurants short distance away.

We stayed in the Jamacian with an ocean front room. Rooms were clean, view was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of pools, hot tubs and two small lazy rivers. No buffet at the hotel as mentioned - you have to eat next door at the Sea Captain. We thought the food was mediocre at best. Overall, we had a great stay & would stay here again.
