My copier at home broke and I needed to make copies of my IDs. I went to Staples and was told that I had to do them my own (as they were colors, and I didn't know how to do it) - then Carolyn, the Supervisor, was helping me patiently, and they turned out perfectly perfect! What a customer service, Carolyn! Thank you so much for your patience and the quality of your service. Kudos to you!! 👍👍👍👍❤

We had an amazing shopping experience at this particular store. Josh really did a great job of finding us a printer suitable for our needs. I'd give him more stars if I could. I'll go there from now on!

Purchased an HP brand black ink cartrige for my printer. Got about 30 full page word documents out of it before it ran out... tried to bring it back and exchange it and 1.) the guy at customer service tells me he will just do an even exchange- until his computer suddenly “went offline”, so he directed me to the register where someone else would help me. 2,) The person at the register told me he wouldnt be able to exchange it without a receipt. Who anticipates printer ink to be defective? Thanks for wasting my money and my time with your garbage products and your equally defective customer service.

I was very disappointed when the staples that I bought wouldn't let me staple water to my tree! I thought that since this store was called staples they would provide the staples that I needed in this situation. I am very disappointed.

I went in to buy filing cabinet and the in store selections were very poor. When I asked about further selection I was rudely pointed to a computer kiosk and told to look for myself. Once I found a filing cabinet I liked, I put in my order and had a store pickup appointment scheduled. When I went to pick up the item the cashier brought it out then did not help me load it into my car and did not even help me wheel it through the store to the exit just brought it over to me and walked away. I will not be shopping here again.
