My phone wasn't working right so I stopped in tonight to ask for some help. The guy behind the counter was really awesome and went above and beyond to help out. I would recommend going here directly for all your Verizon needs. They just take better care of you and it's a much more personable experience then you can get anywhere else.

Rob and Jason helped me buy two phones in the last couple of days. I can't say enough about the level of service they provided. Both were friendly, helpful and professional. They made great suggestions for additional products without being pushy.  I will definitely purchase phones from them in the future!

Rob was a terrific help to me. Just as I like to do business. No pressure, all questions answered in terms I could ulnderstand.  

I highly recommend both him and his shop here at Front Range Village. I highly recommend this Verizon store for anyone in Ft Collins.

Jake and Jerimy were fabulous! My friend and I were having issues with our phones. They were able to fix the issues quickly and with a sense of humor. It was the most fun I've had at a Verizon store!!
