Great cozy little place, I spend at least a week or more here a year, great for 1 or 2 people and would recommend for anyone on a budget.

The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is tiny but the shower works well. The WiFi is fairly bad, but I get 4G service here. The free breakfast and lobby are both very cheap-looking and are basically an afterthought. Parking is easy to find but there are no lines so it's a free-for-all. The real winner is the location. Walking distance to the beach, kayaking, several restaurants and cafes, and a grocery store. Overall, the hotel is acceptable and a bit overpriced (just like everything in Tahoe!), but the location is incredible. Book early!

Location is great. Next door to Safeway. Walking distance to most things. Room average. Musty. Shower in enormous heart shaped tub. Difficulty in climbing in. Had to ask for non slip mat. Staff friendly. Old shabby needs a facelift.

Bugs, coffee maker didnt work, most plugs didnt work. "Spa tub" pumps didnt work, bathroom door wouldnt latch closed. House keeping barged in even with Do not disturb sign on the door. If i had to do it again i'd have just slept in the car.

Nice motel. Good location, walkable to lake shore, restaurants​ and shops. Clean room with remodeled bathroom. Good breakfast! Nice staff!
