Great customer service! The man who helped us, I believe Hal was his name was beyond friendly & helpful! It was very refreshing. We had an issue at the first location we went to and came here right away. He was able to help fix our jewelry that had been turned down previously. My husband & I will be back to make a nice purchase!

Always feel at home when I walk into this store! I am greeted immediately and asked if I want water, coffee or tea as soon as I am greeted. I was in to have a diamond replaced on one of the many rings that I have purchased from Jared. I always know that I will get my ring back in a timely fashion and they make me feel like it was the biggest priority they have had all day! Thank you all so very much for taking such good care of me!

I will never return to this store again! These sales people think their better then the people walking thru the door and are rude! If your not dressed right, they don't even speak to you. Like they work in Cherry Creek or something!... It's Aurora, bitches! Actually, I've been treated better at the Jared in Cherry Creek! There are plenty of other places to buy my Pandora and I'll do just that.

Bottom line… This is the most professional jeweler in Colorado. Very easy to work with non-pushy and patient.  Leo  and her crew are the best!

I always a have a great experience at this store. Leo has done wonderful work for me and she had always exceeded my expectations of great services! I always enjoy taking with her!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!
