I've been a customer for over 20 years and have bought 4 cars through them. They are also our go-to place for service. If you want Toyota quality--you pay Toyota prices: that's a given and we're good with it because that quality is worth every penny and more. On top of that, we're always taken care of at a much higher level than at any other dealership I have ever experienced.

They are very competent and professionals. I worked with Ali Salekani and David the manager and they gave me a good car, good price and good service. I loved the cookies and the coffee too! Very well done!

Beware of this dealership) this may be the worst experience I've ever had,I am a Lexus owner and I recently have been getting my car oil changes at Toyota with their synthetic oil I have had great experience from Mississauga Toyota in Canada I had great experiences with the Toyota dealership in Alexandria I've just moved to Calabasas made an appointment for 830 in the morning told him I needed to be out to catch a flight they said come on Saturday will get you in and out.RIGHT GOOD LUCK!!! Staff told me minimum two hours when I told him I had a flight to catch Alexander basically told me too bad the bay areas were filthy I would assume their work is just as disorganized as their staff the manager I think his name is Ron should find another career he has no idea how to manage dealership needs to take responsibility for the poor service staff delivers.Came over to Lexus world of a difference breath of fresh air for the same money

Bought our second Prius at Thousand Oaks Toyota last week. We liked our first one, a Prius V, so much, when it came time to replace the other family car, why argue with success? Thank you Geno, and Bijan for making both sales experiences great!
