I live in north Georgia and have been looking for a particular used F150 for almost a year. I found the truck at Tim Short Chrysler and decided the drive would be worth it if we could make a deal. 

I needed to trade my car and I worked with Hobert (salesman) to put a solid number on my trade with detailed photos. The price on the truck was competitive so all we needed to agree on was the trade.

Once we agreed on a value for the trade I made the drive up. I realized on the way this was somewhat of a risk w/o any knowledge (other than Google reviews) of the dealership and no visual of the truck in person. I was also worried they would low ball my trade knowing I was backed in a corner since I drove 4.5 hours to get there. But, they did not take advantage of that vulnerability which I greatly appreciated. 

When I arrived the truck was upfront and was even better than the pictures. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours and back on the road to Georgia. I've purchased several cars over the past 5 years and this was the smoothest transaction yet.

I was a very nervous and unsure car buyer. Everyone I met at Tim Short Middlesboro was friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them! Five stars in every area!

Wasn't really impressed with the sales staff. They were helpful to an extent but i felt they would have been more attentive and interested had i been shopping for a new car rather than a used one. They have a good selection and friendly staff.

Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Tim Short. Our salesman Mike Smith was excellent. I highly recommend Mr. Smith to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
