Justin was extremely helpful and took great care in making this process simple! He took the time to explain all the details and options available! I had a few hangups regarding my credit approval but it was addressed appropriately and Justin was very easy to communicate with regarding the matter. Overall the entire staff that we worked with at Don Franklin Chevrolet in Somerset, KY, was absolutely amazing! I can't thank them enough for helping me buy the perfect car for me!

Your salesman that helped the trainee was very knowledgeable but  if I had it to do over we would have walked away.  Why?  Because the vehicle we wanted had already been sold and he was not honest about this.  He tried to show us a different vehicle and say that it was the one we had looked at previously.  I saw a different vehicle and then he came back with a story that another salesman had an offer on it but if we wanted it and made an offer first then we could get it.  I really wonder if I didn't get played into making a decision before I was ready.  The Acadia is okay but wish a Buick Enclave like we wanted had been available.

Great Place to purchase a vehicle, Chuck and Joe made the transaction easy and the process was smooth.  I made the trip from Lexington to Somerset to purchase and I am glad i did.  I would recommend this dealership to anyone.  Great experience.

Justin was extremely helpful.  We have 3 small children and the dealership made the purchase quick and easy.  Justin even overnighted us some items that we left in our old truck.

We had an excellent experience with Don Franklin GMC and equally with our salesperson Zachary Strunk. They gave us a great deal !

We live outside Atlanta, Ga. and bought our vehicle from them, we shopped multiple dealerships around Atlanta and to put it mildly they were mostly awful, rude and overpriced 

I would recommend Don Franklin and our salesperson Zach to anyone who is looking for a GMC.

Two thumbs up guys !!!
