Hi Brian, sorry I didn't provide my review specific to how you handle our service needs. When I posted my review, I was focusing on when we received some other options and the cost! So here is my true and honest feedback about Brian Ogule! My overall experience with Brian is excellent from the moment I walked into the service center all the way through the last day we picked up the vehicle. He is extremely professional, patient, kind, and follow through when he said he's going to call back. I love Brian and I will definitely do business with him again in the near future. What I love more about him is that his open communication and transparency. He didn't just do any work without communicating with me. In fact, he didn't even charge me any penny for the time he spent on doing research and communicating with my extended insurance. He didn't ask his tech to perform the diagnosis without getting my approval and so he didn't charge me for that. Brian is a very honest advisor and my respect to this guy. Thank you Brian for your help and advise through out this process and I am sorry I freaked you out! Happy Valentine's Day to you and your love ones, and to the whole crew of Precision Toyota Service Center!

Recently took my car in for servicing, paid $111.35 and left dealership. upon reviewing my service bill i noticed that only actual work done on my car was an oil change, they did check my fluids, and pull a nail from my tire and patched leak. I called my service manager to comment/complain about the price of the oil change and he stated that part of the cost was the synthetic oil, told him i received regular oil and the majority of costs came from the labor charge of $66.64. i mentioned i own 2 Precision vehicles and while there I priced out a new 2017 Prius that i plan to buy soon. i mentioned that on the internet i can find premium oil changes for as little as $39 and was there a reason for the high cost. he did not have a good answer for me other than they have an outstanding waiting room and free drinks. After a few minutes of discussion he welcomed me to take my service to another location and wished my good luck. lost a customer, 2 vehicles, and a new car sales. Disappointed!

I only dealt with the service team, and their service was great. The waiting area was very comfortable and everything was 100% covered by the warranty and service plans.

I just want to start by saying thank you for utterly wasting two and a half hours of my time and my gas. I called about a car and they checked to make sure it was there. They told me it was indeed there but that the car was going to auction tomorrow since it had been on the lot for 60 days. So I move some important things around to go see the car about 45 minutes after I had called. I get there and they tell me the car is an hour away and on its way back to the dealership! They gave me some weird excuse about the car selling but the sale falling through. Apparently whoever told me the car was there for sure, never "physically checked to make sure it was there". So I decide to wait for the car. An hour and a half later I get a call saying the car isn't going to get there tonight. So after driving 30 minutes to get to the dealership and waiting an extra hour and a half, the salesman asks if I want to buy the car without seeing it! I told him of course I don't want to buy a car I haven't seen. So he tells me he will call me when the car arrives the next day and is ready to be sold. So I drive another 30 minutes to get back home only to get a call from the salesman telling me that someone went and bought it "without seeing it". It's amazing that a car that has been sitting on the lot for 60 days happens to get sold within an hour by people who don't even want to see it first. So again, thank you for utterly wasting 2 and a half hours of my time and my gas.

Total waste of my time. I spent hours there yesterday picking out a car and after finding the one I feel in love with and making a deal, agreeing to the numbers, signing a few things, the car getting washed and filled with with gas, and the keys on the table in front of me, I get told that there was a "miscommunication" and the deal is no good. Basically what happened was, I went in there being smart and not telling them my budget and in the end I got the better deal out of it because I had already been approved for a loan outside of Toyota and simply because they weren't able to finance me because my outside loan was better than what they could offer me, they refused to honor the deal they made with me on the car. Despicable! I left not only infuriated, but completely heartbroken. It was like being given a AWESOME Christmas present, then having it literally ripped out of my hands. NEVER going to precision Toyota EVER again and I highly recommend that everyone stay away from this place because unfortunately, this was their 3rd strike with me. The first horror story was when they replaced my tire then forgot to put on the all the lug nuts and my tire fell off it's axle just after leaving their parking lot! Yeah... my car has never been the same since =( grinding issues or loud noise issue with that axle and they insist it's not their fault even though my car never had any issues prior to them forgetting to put my tire on properly. The 2nd issue was nearly a year after my first horror story and that time I was their for a simple oil change and after waiting a few hours then being told my car was ready, I discovered they "forgot" to put OIL in my car! Yup, you read it right. Went in for a oil change, and they forgot to put oil back in. Yeah..... *sigh* I'm still heartbroken over my experience last night. Can you imagine signing papers, being told the car is yours, the keys to your new car right in front of you then, because the salesman wasn't the brightest bulb and " miscommunicated" with the finance guy, or whatever it is that really happened, I wasted hours of my time and left completely unhappy and without my car. Ugh!
