Got a decent deal on the car. Only complaint is I wasn't told that there was only one key fob until the deal was over and I was driving off the lot. Managers refused to offer anything to help with second key fob. I think that they should have offered to get a second one for me or at least offer to split the cost. Made me feel like once they had my money they didn't care. Also lost my business due to this on the purchase of another vehicle I got a week later. Would have gave 5 stars if they cared post sale.

I just bought a Kia Soul and feel good about it. I went from thinking those are so ugly to finding it super cute. I don’t know what happened.  Maybe it was the friendly salesperson or the pretty red/black combo color.  Either way, I’m happy about it.

Marcos in Service Department was so nice and professional.  This had been out second time and both times we have had Excellent service and Marcos was GREAT!

Bought a Kia Forte recently.  Thanks to the salesperson, B. Carrillo, I purchased the car that was best for me  She was extremely helpful, professional and considerate.  Thank you, Jim Click Kia for hiring her. 
I have not had any dealings yet, with Maintenance.  I did meet the Maintenance Supervisor and he was very welcoming.
