This postal office doesn't give a damn about where they leave your package. 1. I ordered a product online and got a email saying it was shipped in front of my door. When I got home my package was blown all the way into the neighbors yard area. 2. Ordered another item online, got a email saying it was delivered, got home got a note from USPS that my package was left with my neighbors. 3. I went to the USPS office to Ship off my progressive snapshot, comes to find out, progressive never got it. What in the world!!! This office in Yorkville sucks, never had this type of problem with any postal offices before. Yorkville USPS please get it together, right now I can't trust you guys with my packages.

Everytime I call or go in its horrible service. They hang up on you with 0 customer service skills, they need to be trained to be decent to people.

They don't have my mail even though I had it held as of saturday. Thanks to informed delivery I know what should have been there and it's not. I also transferred mail 2 weeks ago and it was still going to the old place but as of Saturday it wasnt. Not getting anything at the new place either.  My important mail is in limbo and no one there cares ?

Always professional, polite, helpful, and pleasure to do business with. Providing the best post office service around surrounding areas. Heard so many good things about this place. Good job guys!
