Talked to an employee 'Trisha' on the phone twice in one day asking about passport processing details. She was far from helpful and her bad attitude was evident through the phone. She failed to inform me they were not doing passport processing that day until I came in person. Spent my Saturday running around town getting photos and money orders to no avail. Would have been very easy to say they weren't processing passports over the phone. Awful service, will never go back to this location

I've missing mail, bulk deliveries, mail from my editors, information sent to me by the National Archives in DC and Maryland. There have been a number of occasions where my wifes prescrptions have been sent back by this Post Office. I spoke to the supervisor and she satated she would look into it and I never heard back from her. I've spoke to the counter people on several occasions about all of this and the only they did is went back an check the addressee on the P.O. Box and said everythiing look fine.  The mail from editor is time sensative and the Post Office personnel doesn't seem to care.

Got in/out quickly on a sat. Clerk recommended priority shipping as it was the same cost as ground, and told me about global stamps for letters (I didn't know I could just throw global letters in the mailbox!)

Awful place to be. They are so slow, most of the employees are rude, and they constantly lose mail and packages.

I have lived in this area for over 10 years and have always received excellent service at this post office. The gentlemen behind the counter are very helpful and patient. Just wanted to say thank you for doing a great job.
