I am completely appalled at how I was treated by a woman named "Lynn" at the Wilmington Post Office today. All I wanted was to pick up a package and she first tried to tell me that it wasn't there. After I explained that it definitely was, the entire time she was complaining and even made comments saying things like "I'm done" and "You people...." etc. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever seen. Thankful there was another sensible lady there who apologized for her co-worker's behavior and did her job the right way and helped me get my package. All I have to say is if you can't handle being kind to people, don't be in customer service.

Terrible.. as far as I'm concerned they might as well not even answer the phone. I would be just as satisfied with the information I got which was absolutely none. All I heard about was how many packages they had to sort through and how backed up they were. I will avoid having packages sent via USPS and eat the extra cost for UPS.

Nice small office with good air conditioning. Has 3 service lines. Post office box's in vestibule. There are mailbox drops for drive up in parking lot.

The post office itself is fine but the carrier for my neighborhood is HORRIBLE. She flies through the neighborhood and literally almost ran me off the road today. Then went to the end of the road, turned around and flew back down the street. It's unacceptable. I tried to call and out in a complaint and the automated system said it was a 50 minute wait to speak with someone. Terrible service
