Dis place pretty hit or miss. I'm here like all of the time cuz of my bidness. One time I wait like 15 minutes cuz they got one window open even tho there is 2 people working. Other time I walk to the front counter immediately. Dis one lady is hard to understand and a little impatient. The lady I gots today was super helpful cept she said I couldn't send a 14 ounce package via first class. We'll see about dat. Oh yes we will

This is exactly what a post office should be. Full-service with friendly, helpful workers. There is a  a kiosk for handling routine matters, passport service, packaging workstation, and a fabulous selection of greeting cards. I have been using this location for 18 years and could not be happier.

Friendly, great service! I've always had a great experience and have lived in Wheaton for years. They have great hours also!

Slow service but the staff is at least friendly and tries to be helpful.

They're friendly for sure, but man if you can't use the self help station you better plan to spend a good amount of time waiting.

I just lowered the stars to one. They are seriously not helpful at all. I printed a few package mailing slips, and one didn't print. I went over to the counter to show my receipt and they took forever just to understand. Then they gave me a form to fill out because their machine messed up. You've got to be kidding me.
