I have found the staff in the office helpful and efficient but the mail delivery person in both places I lived here is terrible. I get mail for my neighbors all the time, sometimes not even close neighbors. I’ve had letters arrive 6 weeks after they were sent from not far away and when I stopped my mail for a week I didn’t get my held mail. When I enquired they said they didn’t know where it was it should have been delivered but it arrived suddenly 14 weeks late. I had specific items in the mail which I knew were from then. Slow and sloppy delivery unfortunately but great staff in office. Could be such a good all round service if the delivery person were efficient and cared about what they are doing. Currently a card sent from an aunt hadn’t come, but as I discovered she put money in the card I suspect I will never get it. Her mistake but shame on dishonest staff.

The staff has always been great with me and my sons.  They know me as a regular who started out mailing my wedding invites, baby shower invites, birthday invites and then the usual.  Always greet me and offer a sweet treat to my boys.  :)
