My son was born here and it was a great experience. The whole staff was very attentive, and pleasant. They provided excellent care the entire time, and were incredibly knowledgeable about breastfeeding (very baby friendly). I fully intend on delivering all of my children at this hospital. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience.

Check-in staff was great. ER Dr had horrible bedside manners. Reason for ER Visit: 4 day post-operative (bi-lateral knee surgery) acute chest pain, sweats, dizziness, loss of consciousness / motor control and vomiting Issues with ER Dr: Was told "just tell me the current facts, I have a trauma coming", "it sounds like a normal blackout", "it is not our job to tell you what is wrong with you, it is our job to make sure it isn't life-threatening" and that my documented heart murmur was "perfect" on their EKG and when I told my wife "it must be cured", Dr responded with "I guess so" and then walked out, that was the last I saw him. Called patient advocate services, very polite and nice lady. I gave her my formal complaint, waiting for feedback process.

Although the care that my mom received while in the hospital was excellent, the billing department doesn't know how to do their job and has made life miserable for us since. It started with them billing the insurance company with the wrong documents TWICE! Now they refuse to send any information to the insurance company and tell us that they will only send the info to us and we have to forward it on to the insurance company. Since when did that become the patient's responsibility? Why are we now the middle-men? To top it off, they are now threatening collections if the bill isn't paid immediately or a payment plan set up. Guess what the payment plan is? Over $900 a month! Who can just come up with that every month? Completely unreasonable and unrealistic. All of which could have been avoided had they done their job right in the first place.

Showed up to the ER just after midnight last night. There was no wait. They pretty much walked me straight into an exam room. The staff were professional and kind. Could not have asked for better treatment.

I recently took my son into the ER due to a high fever. They got him in right away and checked on us while we waited for the nurse practitioner. All of the nurses and the nurse practitioner and the doctor we saw were all very helpful and took the time to answer any questions we had.
