Don't try to call you will be on the phone for 55+ min. because of this i never got the answer to my question and  missed Sending out my  package because of it.. Thanks.

I like this office because fewer people come here. Parking is available on the street. You can just drop off prepaid packages inside the doors.

They seem friendly enough, but never deliver packages, often citing untruths as reasons why delivery was impossible. They basically act as a PO box instead of a post office.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I moved to Springfield and didn't receive mail keys to my mail box, so I promptly went to the post office and paid the $40 to get them changed. I was advised that my locks would be changed within 3-4 days. A week went by and I called the office and was referred to call this post office on 49th, which I got the great displeasure of speaking with a "supervisor" named Misty. She informed me that they would "get to it".... I asked her when this would happen and she refused to give me a time frame, even though you actually have to be at the house to accept the keys otherwise plan on driving to the post office and wasting more of your time... Government incompetence at its finest, meanwhile my pay checks and legal paperwork sit in my box for over a week.

Misty claimed there was absolutely no one above her in the post office who I could speak with, she was the manager of it all... Yeah, right. This is a government system and she definitely is not in charge of it all -- Er, actually that might actually be government at its finest.

So, if you are getting your locks changed by this post office, get prepared to sit and wait. And wait.
