Never can get the correct mailboxes right. God forbid you have any important information come in the mail because you might not get it. All they can tell you is its been delivered. But i never seem to get my package. Three times they have not delivered packages or it went to the wrong address. Piss Poor service and the day they shut down i'll be jumping for joy.

I have confirmed with multiple places that they have the correct address for me on filed. However, I am not receiving certain things. I have ordered a new debit card from my bank (confirmed the address on file) and after 10 business (only takes 5-7) i still have not received it. I ordered my tax transcripts for school weeks ago (only takes 5-7 business days per IRS call line) i still have yet to receive them. I really don't want to go to this raggedy a** post office and act a fool.... But im not above it.

One clerk helping at the desk and more than 15 people in the line the whole 30 minutes I waited in line. The clerk of course is at their wits end ready to go "postal". Clerk called several times for a supervisor who never came...

Clearly you can not call down there and speak with someone. Every time I call the recording (which is cracking and breaking up) always says they are not open and to call the 1-800 number.

They lost 3 packages and said they think they delivered my packages to my neighbor, so i knocked on the neighbors doors and no packages delivered. Usps is horrible. I recommend using Fed-x or UPS..... So I called it said 20min wait time, I've now been on the phone for 1hr 40mins. Unacceptable....
