The carrier delivered our package to a resident in a building next door. My husband went to this location, disputed the signature (because it's neither his nor mine), and the geo location of the signature shows it was at the building next door. The supervisor said he couldn't call the carrier that day so they call my husband today, with the carrier there. The carrier says some girl signed for the package and "that's fine". WELL IT IS NOT FINE! It wasn't the correct address, it wasn't an approved signature, he called my husband a liar, and now we're out a very expensive package because of these incompetent employees! It wasn't until my husband told them we'd have to involve the postal inspector that they agreed to send the carrier to the wrong address to see if he can get the package and HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND. I'm so incredibly frustrated and infuriated with this service. They are basically enabling mail fraud, meanwhile telling people they are SOL. I'm submitting a formal complaint regardless of the outcome because this service is just shameful. They didn't do their job correctly and now they are just trying to write us off.

The service is awful.  In one week two packages to my residence have been delivered to a wrong address.  The two packages that did arrive were for neighbors.  Complaints about the poor service are brushed aside with miserable excuses about how busy it is during the holidays and how "It is hoped," the package can be delivered soon to the right address.  Delivering mail... Isn't this what the postal service is supposed to do for a living?

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I HATE DEALING WITH THEM AND THEIR FUNKY ATTITUDES! THEY LIE AND SAY THEY TRY TO DELIVER AND DONT AND THEIR SOLUTION IS FOR YOU TO FIGURE IT OUT! I HATE EVEN SHOPPING WITH AMAZON KNOWING ILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. I SWEAR I CANT SAY HOW MUCH THEY TRULY DISGUST ME.

I'm SO glad that when I called to ask why no one picked up my mail today I was told if they don't have mail for me they WON'T pick it up. Then I proceeded to ask another question and the lady hung up on me. Not to mention she was VERY RUDE.

So I've been trying to call for the last hour and no one answered the phone but I have a complaint! Your mail lady who delivered mail to s park ave in Jerome (springfield il) on December 20th 2016 is walking up to houses loudly speaking on her cell phone. I find this to be very annoying and disrespectful. She stood in front of my house right by my front door having a personal conversation. She caused my dogs to flip out and wake my baby who has been sick and not sleeping the greatest. I'm not sure what is aloud by your company but taking personal calls on the jobshouldnt be condoned. When I confronted her about it she ignored me at first and then countinued to be rude. Then she got into her mailtruck STILL carrying on her personal conversation and left. You should hire people with a little more respect for others.
