I don't know what to say!!!! I shipped a package jan 31. to California, assumed the package made it. Guess what!? They shipped it to my address!!! The addresses are clearly labeled to and from on the box!! Never had a problem with the particular office! I will never go there again!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

HORRIBLE... this office has horrible customer service. they never answer phone calls nor does the manager Vincent call back when told by another employee. The carriers who work at this office steal packages and say it has been delivered. I do not recommend this post office to anymore.

Being a driver for LandStar I had to use google to find the closest PO. This one was less than a mile from our terminal. After reading the reviews I considered waiting to mail my packages. I went anyway with pen in hand. Once I started writing my pen ran out of ink. I asked the lady (Bennie) working there if she had one I could use. With a smile she loaned me one. Once I was ready, I went up to the counter. She was very nice and helpful. She put some extra tape on my packages for me. I don't know if this PO had or has some rude person there that might had caused the low rating. But I know it wasn't because of this lady. Thanks Bennie.

Poor service My plates for my new car were Left in the leasing office without an notice slip left in my mailbox. It was in the leasing office for a month . new management needed desperately
