I've been calling every day this week, multiple times a day waiting for their phone to not be off the hook. Unreal. I wonder if they know that their salaries are funded by tax payers?

For crying out loud.  Fix the zon machine on the stamp vending machine in the lobby!!  it NEVER accepts any of my credit or debit cards and I purchase other items everywhere else with them just fine!!

Worst post office that I've ever been to. I've only been there a few times, because they are open later then other post offices in the area. I have an online business so I need to get my items sent out fast. One time I went and they didn't scan any of my packages. The other time I went it was near closing time. They refused to scan my packages and give me a receipt. Instead they promised they would scan them this time. However, they scanned all of my packages as "delivered" to the post office instead of received! Then I had to deal with all my buyers thinking that I shipped their items to the wrong address!

Unprofessional, I don't think some staff know about the business and how USPS do discounts for ebay , amazon, etc. To make up for a small weight difference, the help came up a price 3 times more than what was offered 
 to me online. I refused and came home and print out a new one, the difference in postage turned out only $1.
