These guys are so bad.  Our regular carrier is the only one that seems to have a clue!  I receive notification of an attempt to deliver a package & a notice left.  Yet, even though I'm home and LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW or meet the carrier, there is NO PACKAGE!  In other words:  THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO PUT A SMALL PACKAGE IN THE RIGHT DELIVER BIN!  I have complained to the Post Master General and I may as well be howling a the moon.  If you don't want to do the job you are being paid to do, make way for someone that does.  To the Post Master of 40241:  DO YOUR JOB and find out what the heck is going on with your employees!  If they are incompetent or lazy,  FIRE THEM and hire competent go-getters that aren't afraid to work and have good work ethics!

Terrible. Packages returned to post office for pickup because you couldn't find address? You have no problem finding it when you deliver junk mail here every day. How does the USPS not find an address? UPS would have found it. No accountability because it's a taxpayer subsidized company.

Love the people at this facility. They are fast and as efficient as their clients let them be! They even take decent passport photos without an appointment.

The letter carriers are better than Santa. He only work once a week. It'd be marvelous if the carriers would scan a package as delivered when it has actually been delivered instead of 3 days before they get it to me.

This branch is so frustrating! I have had to call multiple times about my mail not being put into the box properly. They leave it just hanging out, it could blow away! When it rains everything gets soaked because they are careless and don't close the top of the box! Don't even try to put a hold mail request in for vacation, you're just wasting your time!!!! Ridiculous!
