I am sorry to say but some of the mail carriers that work out of this office are not good especially if they are filling in for the regular carrier while they are on vacation or leave. I sell on eBay and have packages picked up but if my regular carrier is on leave or vacation and I have a substitute filling in then that substitute will ignore my pickup request YET will do whatever they do to say the package was picked up because I will get the email notice that it was picked up when it wasn't which is absolutely ridiculous! I caught one of them by the mailboxes one day and asked if he got my package and he laughed and said, "No mam I didn't get that package, do you have it for me now"? I told him I got the email saying it was picked up and all he did was laugh and shake his head and ask me if I had the package now.  Amazing, and this has happened with more than one different substitute over the years since I have lived in my apartment ignoring my mail request. Go figure.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. I don’t know why they don’t move the public interaction services to Gardiner Lane. The please wait sign is hardly a consolation to the 5 customers packed in the small vestibule area waiting for the employees we can hear just behind the door.

I am continuously having mail clearly addressed to other destinations placed in my box. And  missing mail myself that later turns up returned to the sender, I will assume it had been placed in some other box and the occupant placed it back in their box. Bills are now not being delivered. My employer, state agencies and etc are now asking me to verify the address that I have lived in for going on 8 years!!! Yesterday I was tracking a package that eventually told me it had been delivered to agent . When I called , they said they "fond" my package and it was an error? Get it together folks or find someone who will!! PS..That 1 star is only because it will not allow me to submit without it

late payments for bills that never got to my home. I had not been late in over 15 years! I sent out employee payroll checks from my home address that never got to them (since April 2016).  Postman seems nice...I always see him parked in his car.  Its a shame that taxpayers can't get respect or Mail!

Missing packages that were never delivered. Delayed shipments, misleading information from mailman. Just a frustraiting all around experience. They dont open their door on time most mornings and there is never anyone behind the counter when you go to pick up your package. 0/10
