I love this post office! Always friendly (unlike others) always helpful and get my items where they need to go.

I shipped a very durable item I bubble wrapped it it put peanuts in the box it was wrapped perfectly. When the buyer got the package there was a huge dent in the box from the USPS workers carelessly throwing the package around. This caused a huge chip in the corner of the item. I didn’t purchase insurance so I am out $300 because USPS does not care how they handle their customers stuff. This item could literally be hit with a hammer and wouldn’t break so idk what they did to it to break it I can’t even imagine how someone would feel if this happend to an irreplaceable item of theirs. Moral of the story use UPS or fedex they include better insurance for free and my boxes always come in perfect condition with minimal sign of Ware. Beware learn from my mistake.

Went to get my daughters passport and the lady doing the passports was rude as hell the moment we sat down. She looked at her ID and said " are you seriously going to apply with this?  It's going to get denied". I told her I already spoke to the main office for passports.  She continued her rudeness. I told her that I wasn't going to waste my time or hers.  She also snatched stuff out of our hands.  VERY, VERY rude lady.  No need for that kind of attitude.

No one answer the  phone at this location very poor customer service. Should have taken whole family to the Crumbs Lane  Post Office for P
assports , they have excellent customer service .
