Won't deliver mail to my door if it doesn't fit in the box... they always take it back to the post office and leave a slip for me to come pick it up or have it delivered. But I have clients waiting for their product from me that now I can't receive timely because I can't get there before the post office closes... so I choose redeliver and THEY NEVER REDELIVER. Try multiple times to call and speak to someone trying to find my package but can't get past the automated system and even then if you get past it, the wait time on hold is an hour +... no wonder people "go postal"

Just remodeled and upgraded , nice and clean. We do get wrong mail and we have had people bring our mail that was delivered to wrong place. This only happens when  new worker is not familiar with the area,  as the address here skips a few numbers and can be confusing.

I've been living in the same place for a year and getting packages (meds) from the same place and have always either been delivered to the front office or put in the mailbox. Today I get a message that my package was undeliverable because the idiot delivery person didn't have access to the building. So what has changed USPS? Do you not fully train your people or was this delivery person just lazy?

Can't talk to a human direct. Mail not delv.for 2 days no excuse.

I tried to have a check mailed to Cincinnati. I used priority mail Express. Checked 2 DAYS after the scheduled mailing date, it is still in possession of this place. Please avoid spending money at this place, they are garbage.
