I don't have a car at the moment. I've tried calling for 2 days to see if I have a package for pick-up before I make the walk. The sender alerted me that my package was delivered. My postal lady is notorious for neglecting to leave a peach slip (and when she does she leaves them days after AND BACK DATES IT). The people at the office give me a hard time about my service dog; they ask me if he's a service dog and his purpose, which isn't legal. 

I'd almost rather take the loss on the package than go to the office. From now on I'll ship UPS (who ships most the US Postal mail anyways) even though that would mean a longer walk for pick-up.

I've used this location a dozen times in the last few years to ship packages. The wait is in the mornings is usually not bad and the employees have taken good care of me.

Two days ago, a package was stolen off of my front porch because a postal worker "saw someone sketchy" and delivered the packages anyway. Today, the carriers tried to deliver a package when I specifically put my mail on "vacation mode" so I could pick up. When I went to the desk to complain about it, they called the carrier twice, they didn't pick up, and they sent me on my way like that was that. I've tried to call the office approximately twenty times in the past hour and it has been busy every single time. Considering I was just in the office and know for a fact it wasn't busy at all, I'm furious, disappointed, AND packageless.

Why do I have to give one star, it should be 0. This place is the worst!!! No one ever answers the phone, ever. It's been like this for years. How in the world do you run a business like this with employees who are so ridiculously incompetent. I watched a mail woman walk around with a package (at the time I didn't realize it was mine) confused like she didn't know where it went, took it and drove off then proceeded to submit it as delivered. I received a notification that it was delivered and it absolutely was not. Are you serious??!! So of course I try to call them at all hours of the day with no answer, it just rings continually.  This place is a joke.

If you're in this area have your packages and important mail delivered to a different part of town. I can't even begin to count all the packages and mail I've lost because of the terrible service here (and all the mail for other addresses I've received). Do everything in your power to avoid this place.
