Tried calling 5-6 times during a 2 hour period and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I was not aware that you had to make an appointment for a passport online at USPS, as the official Passport site says only to call the post office to verify, but again no one would answer the phone. So, I walked in with all my paperwork ready and filled out, waited in the long line, and one of the employees noticed my paperwork and RUDELY stated, with an attitude, that they don't accept passports without appointments. I stated I tried to call this post office all morning, but no one answered, so she pointed towards and grabbed a sign that was hidden behind some other things with the info on where to make an appointment, so I kindly walked out and made an appointment for the next day. I went in the next day with my paperwork and appointment, and the same lady again RUDELY asked if I had made an appointment and whether I had all the information ready and filled out in black ink. Finally once it was my turn in line I was RUDELY accused of cutting the line. I must note that when I walked in, there were two people still packing up their packages and were CLEARLY not ready and still at the counter AWAY from the end of the line, so I had walked around them and they never even looked up, so they clearly weren't in line. Anyways, I nicely stated to the older woman that she could go ahead of me. In summary, it only took 4-5 minutes for them to look over my paperwork and for me to be out the door, which is a shorter time than mailing a package, so I'm not sure why they INSIST on everyone making an appointment for a passport! I will NEVER EVER be back to this post office, they have the RUDEST staff I've ever encountered!

Worst place ever! The mailman who delivers through the week from there has damaged our packages from literally dropping them onto our porch. I have witnessed this. Then to top it all off I was suppose to have a package in yesterday and said it was out for delivery and when I went to check there was no package. I went back online only to see a message stating the employee did not have access to the delivery location. What more access you need when I have a double wide driveway, a yard and and big walk on porch?

Said they tried delivering package but was home at time said left notice no notice left now are making me drive to post office to pick up...said i had to have notice and i ecplained i had NO notice!!!

The worst post office ever!!! Shame!!! No workers long lines!! Never DELIVER mail on time!!! Sad this place needs help and more workers
