I got a notice  for certified mail I need to sign for. I followed directions and filled out the form.  The next day,  it was not here.  Then the second day I ran into the regular  carrier and he asked me if I got my item I said no.  He seemed upset and assured  me it will be here the next day.  Well here is is midnight going into Saturday and I still do not have it.  I tried to call the USPS and kept getting recordings and it seems they have bankers hours.  After a time the item will be sent back.  

I never ship a thing there any more. Twice they lost a registered and certified  item and one was just going down town to a government offices and had a ton of personal information.  It never got there and when I called for help the guy refused to help and told me to call the post office down town as well as the destination. 

The so called garrentees are worthless and it seems no one is responsible there. 

Pay the extra and go to fed ex or ups.  If you must use the USPS insure the heck out of it. Trust me on this.

Go to the postal office at the Masonic home.  Much nicer and helpful.

I was sent an e-mail that my package went out at 10:21am. At 8:16pm i got an e-mail that the p.o. employee did not have access to the delivery location. I called my daughter and she had the yard light on and the door open about less than a mile from the damn Post Office. And you wonder why your going broke. I can't give less than one star or i can't send my review.

Employees didn’t have keys to accept packages from another post office. Waiting on important package for kids.

The renovations have done this location good. And the attitude of the staff here is very pleasant and they are eager to help.  I love the kiosk out front that allows me to  postage and mail 24/7.

People here are extremely nice, but back-of-house must be immensely disorganized and poorly managed. This makes the second time I've been up here, having to drive from work downtown on my lunch break to pick up a package I have to sign for (which is the only time I can make the long journey). They can't find it, even though the slip that I got on my mailbox said it was available for pick-up. I even instructed them to keep the package at this location, and received a confirmation email, which I showed to the teller. Thanks for wasting my lunchtime two days in a row. Where's my package?
