This is by far the worst post office in Memphis! They keep the phone off the hook all day so you can never call about an issue. They've sent back several of my packages with no warning. I left a message once and never received a call back about my issue. I sent for a redeliver 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been resent. Luckily my mail lady is amazing and says she'll grab it personally Monday for me before they send that one back too! The lines are extremely long and workers seem to just not want to do anything to help you. The only employee who seems to help out occasionally is the light skin man who does the passports. He's friendly and is likable. He helped me once when the lazy lady said she couldn't find my package and he took 2 minutes and brought it out and said it was just high on the shelf... 😑😑😑. Anyway I'm a custom seamstress so I have packages coming every single day that I need so when a mistake is made its major. This location needs to get it together. I understand you may be understaffed perhaps, but at least try to care about your customers. We don't want to be there either.

I have never in my life seen a place that is so unprofessional and misinformed about policies in references to passports. One employee, Debra was so rude, unprofessional and ill informed about documentation needed. She overstepped her duties by not processing my child passport per US Bureau of Consular Affairs. She also discussed personal information of mine in a room full of customers. The supervisor could not control her. I have never ever been to a place that allow customers to be treated in such a manner. I will never go back!

Called to see if I could pick up my package since the delivery date had changed two times. Associate on the phone was extremely rude and didn’t offer any help to me other than telling me that my package was out for delivery when the tracking clearly didn’t state that. This is exactly why no one ever wants to deal with the post office and would rather use UPS or Fedex. Thanks for nothing.

I have never received worse service. The line can be out of the door (which it often is) and the employees still display no sense of urgency. I'm never there for less than 15 - 20 minutes, even for a simple dropoff. They are not pleasant to work with and the employees often have bad attitudes. They really seem incompetent in general. The carriers almost always misdeliver or improperly deliver my packages, so I just started getting them sent to my mom's house. If there was any other company I could choose to deliver my mail, I would go with them in a hearbeat. USPS is terrible, and if I could give this particular post office 0 stars, I would.

Way too slow of service. I understand being busy with a lot of customers, but I had to wait in line probably half an hour just to find out where my package is only to be given a phone number that was busy every time I called. And I'm still waiting on my package that was supposed to arrive last week!
