CONVENIENT & ACCOMMODATING: the location is near a nice populate business area.  It faces out to the main thoroughfare with a looped layout for entrance and exit along with a separate mail drop box  entrance and exit.  It has an open design parking layout for traffic flow out to the main road and parking near the mail drop boxes.  The postal team is an endearing and professional team that works hard to balance the heavy customer traffic, assist with special requests, manage the passport needs, and understand the diverse needs of their large customer base.  The convenience of the lobby hours aids to one's ability to still take care of business via the APC, retail mailing station's offerings, and the ample postal boxes.

Most people naturally jump on and leave one negative review although they've had several decent experiences at the same post office and that seems to be the norm nowadays for people to jump on a particular bandwagon.This location isn't any worse than others around Memphis.The place is clean and the employees are decent.quit complaining.

This place sucks. So you think you made an appointment, prepared all docs, arrived 15 mins earlier will get your passport out quicker? The answer is good luck.  

Waited for 45 mins until my baby daughter started crying, while they saw me the moment I walked in; alright, here you came tried take a few pictures, what, blame my daughter wouldn’t give you a good smile? She was calm 1 hour ago; then after 5 mins work, where were the staff ? What was the wait? No one explained to me, just like we’ve never been there. 

We spent 1.5 hour waiting, and tried 5 mins only. I understand you all were busy, guess what? That’s the very reason you have the option to make an appointment online; what’s the point when I took off work, and you were not busy for me as a customer with appointment. WHAT WERE YOU DOING DURING MY APPOINTMENT TIME ???????

Will never go back to this one, just because it’s in Germantown doesn’t mean it’s better.

waiting for package, they say it delivered funny (not) I do not have it...called and got hung up on. thanks ! I would have given NO stars but they made me put one or would not let me post ! why does postman say its delivered when its not ?
