Useful self-service station but the line is always atrociously long. This location has been problematic for at least 13 years. Obviously they've never hired enough staff members.

I’ve always had very good service and nice people at this post office. I’ve been there multiple times since November 2017. It does seem slower than it should at times, but you can only work as fast as your resources allow.

This is the worst USPS location I have dealt with to date. The line is always too long. Staff is grumpy (I would be grumpy if I was that understaffed and had to deal with a huge volume of customers). They also don't deliver packages if they don't feel like it.

I was at the 30318 location which is one block from where I live. I was sending a package to Japan.  I had sone stamps on the top of the box. At the counter the lady was very helpful my total was $98 minus the stamps I had placed on the box. My bill was around $55 as I was about to pay the old grouchy guy at the top if his I'm in charge voice told the lady the USPS do not accept box with stamps. Is this his rule or USPS rule? I had stamps on boxes at other location and  it was not a problem.  I walk away and went to UPS. II will no longer purchase rolls of stamps to support USPS. The grouchy old man should not be up in the front line.

USPS stole my passport with my US Visa have been a week of this, and I still have no answer. I have been under a lot of stress because of this situation and I hope you fix this out... I already call the police and my consulate... This is horrible! It is supposed to take my flight this Monday but of course that will be not possible.
