I am still new to the Columbus area and needed to send out two backpacks. The first post office I went to was out of boxes so I went to the next nearest one. The attendant behind the desk was named Ron, and he greeted me with a big smile while he was assisting customers. He was very polite, friendly, and helpful! I was in & out! Definitely will come to this location again.

They never answer the phone, lie about how long it will take to give me a key for my mailbox. Worst location

Terrible customer service on evening of 12/15. Snuck in right before close. Employee on cell phone talking while assisting a customer and told me she couldn’t help me because it was after five... yet the door was open and another customer inside. Won’t be coming back to this location!

Late to open, early to close. It's now 2:12 And they aren't back from their hour long 1-2PM lunch breaks. The people are friendly, but some of us are on limited time and use part of (30 minute) lunch breaks to mail stuff. If you have a package to sign for they leave blank pink cards instead of filling then out. I have no idea who should sign for the package to be left since they didn't fill any of it out!
