EDIT: I highly recommend Powell residents sign up for USPS Informed Delivery. You will receive an email every morning with pictures of what mail should arrive and a link to report missing mail. Not only does this let you know how many pieces of mail go missing, but it also helps know which pieces of mail are missing. Only six weeks in to 2018, I have had a tax document go missing and a doctor's bill. Pathetic! I have issues with missing mail, delayed mail, mail delivered to the wrong address, late packages, packages marked as "undeliverable as addressed", and a now a missing package. My neighbors also report issues with missing and delayed mail and often get my mail. I have called to complain several times over the past 6 years, but the customer service was terrible and there has been no improvement.

The Powell post office is compact but has an automated kiosk, a postal products mini-store , and can field 3 agents when busy. It as also does passports.

I have put out mail twice this week with the flag up and the mail person has not picked up the mail. Terrible mail service.

I go here a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But they DO need another window especially since Powell is growing so much and also when they are doing passports it seems like only one person is available to help the customers and it really gets slow.

The facility and employees are very nice. However, they only have two stations available for the entire city of Powell. Sometimes my wait is in excess of 20 mins. And never go on the weekends, the wait time is even worse. My suggestion: build another register or two to handle the volume.
