Staff is very friendly here, and the service at the front desk is pretty quick. I've lived in the area for about 3 months now and have taken several packages to this location. Close to 10 or so. Not once did I have any issues, which is saying something considering it's USPS. Nobody's perfect, so I'm sure others may have had an issue or two before, but I haven't yet.

Very friendly staff. Always offering advice when dealing with eBay people. Been a resident in Pataskala for over ten years and can't complain.

this PO lost my parcel. It's been 7 days since i've initiated communication with the post office. postmaster hasn't been able to return my calls in regards to my lost parcel even though she leaves the PO at 3pm. the lack of customer service is quite blaring.
