Now I work customer service so I don’t like doing this but honestly so fed up with this post office. I have lived at my new apartment 3 months now and still can’t access my mailbox. They lost my key before delivery twice and now I have received the wrong key. So annoying. It’s also been 3 months of them delivering my packages to the wrong address on a completely different street every single time. I just feel like if you are delivering packages you should be a little more careful and pay attention to addresses.

For the third time now my packages have not been delivered. I'm a bartender and am home all day, no postman ever came. Either they say they were delivered and they were not so I can't get a refund for said item or they claim it was "undeliverable" and that I should have gotten a piece of paper letting me know when and where I can get it. That paper does not exist.  I'm looking at over $100 of lost mail, thanks USPS!

I am baffled by the number of people reporting the same problems I have. They deliver anytime between 11am-8pm if they choose to deliver at all. Sometimes they just don't. The packages... They say they leave notes and don't. They have given all sorts of crazy excuses, blaming your on animals that no one on the block has, can't get into my apartment when I live in a house, "inclement weather" on sunny 70° days, or no one was available when I work from home and am here all day... This is outrageous. Calling gets you exactly no where and the workers are told to give a bogus phone number for complaints. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Delayed package was not delivered on time. I went to go figure out what was causing the delay as there was no detailed information and the website said it was getting sent to this location. People were rude, didn't answer the phone, still have not received package.

One of the better post offices in the area. The staff were helpful even when I made some difficult requests. (500 $1 stamps, which I ended up having to go to the Twin Rivers PO for.)

The store gets busy and because of that, there can be a long wait. I recommend going in the morning if you can.
