This post office staff is always so friendly!! They take time to help with packages, so many boxes I never know which one to use. This post office is by my work, I use it all the time. super impressed with their service and friendly staff over and over again. It’s a nice stop compared to some other ones.

I've gotten the wrong mail for three months. I filed a complaint a few times with the Post Office but it still keeps happening. Finally, I had to file a Gov't complaint. It shouldn't be hard to pass out mail. I often wonder if other people get my mail which is incredibly personal. I've gotten mail from people with personal info and that's invasive. And then when I put the mail back in the mailbox, they don't take it to return to sender. It's frustrating.

The staff has always been friendly. They move as fast as any other post office staff. Not sure what some of the reviewers claiming the opposite are comparing it to.

Hello, does any administrative people read these reviews?  Called numerous times, phones always busy.  Attempting to find out what is happening to a persons mail who forwarded Jan. 5, 2018 still hasn't received mail at forward address as of Feb. 16.  He is ill and unable to track down what happened. When I called didn't get any satisfaction, put on hold to check.  30 min. later still on hold.  Called back, after numerous attempts to get thru, was told she forgot about me.  Something is really wrong there when a customer is treated so poorly.  If I did business this way I wouldn't have any business.
