Love the staff at this Post Office.  They don't mind when we wrap our gifts  on their island counter and test various sizes of USPS boxes and envelopes while standing in line. Always good natured and willing to help.  I have a hand tremor and can't write.  I forgot to type my return address on my mailing labels and Lance kindly wrote it for me on my two packages.  Yes, they are short of staff, but not their fault. Patience and a smile go a long way.

I went today and there were a few people there with one older gentleman working. He got everything taken care of very fast and he was polite, he was also helpful in answering my questions. Overall it took like 7 minutes to ship a package, buy stamps, and mail a letter.

I came a few minutes after closing with a package with a prepaid shipping label and the girl closing up unlocked the door for me so I could get the package out. Very nice people

Waited all afternoon for a package, was home. Around dinnertime rec'd an email from Amazon that they attempted to deliver the package. No one ever came by here. There is no note on my door with the tracking slip, and no information where my package is. Clearly, someone just didn't want to deliver the package on a Sunday afternoon, despite amazon telling me they would. Tried to track my package, and the line from the post office reads "final attempt" mandating I come to the post office. So there were pretty much no attempts to come to my house, and I'm going to have to drive to the post office to pick up a package for which I paid for the shipping. Not sure how the US mail is surviving given these shenanigans and excellent service from fedex and UPS.

Tldr; Utterly incompetent. 

Since moving here two months ago, I have yet to receive a package on time, I still receive mail for the old tenant, and if it's raining, the mailman won't even attempt to deliver the mail- instead marking it as "undeliverable." (I live in an apartment building with 4 apartments. The mailboxes are right inside the main, unlocked entrance door. There is no excuse for this. The post office couldn't even come up with a plausible explanation.)
