They do not even bother picking up the phone. Delivery guy was too lazy to come and deliver my package so he marked it as delivered left at the reception. Cannot find it. The 800 number has over an hour of wait time before you can speak to a representative. Worst location ever !!

I wish I could give 0 stars because of how horrible of an experience this USPS location has given me. One of their postal carrier's delivered my package to the wrong location, but marked it as delivered. Because it was marked as delivered, they refuse to refund me the $250 for the package they lost. The package was insured, but because the seller I bought from did not have anything proving insurance was purchased, I have no claim. I spoke to a guy, I believe Chris, who informed me the postal carrier was disciplined and they called around trying to find my package to no avail. Basically, I'm out $250 and my package and they could care less about helping. I no longer have anything delivered to my home address, and I avoid USPS if at all possible.

Never delivers packages. Do they not understand the concept of delivering!? I always have to pick up at the post office. SO USELESS

I have had this office deliver my mail to the wrong address 5 times in the last year. I don't know how it's so hard to make sure the right mailbox gets the right mail, or that the right box gets the correct parcel box key but I'm looking forward to moving eventually so I don't have to deal with these mail carriers anymore. Things I use my money on just go missing and the people at the office are rude and condescending about it when you call.
