There are closer post offices to my home but I choose to come here because of the superb customer service and kindness the staff show. I have had my share of bad experiences at post offices. Not this one. I absolutely love it. Only suggestion is to add more staff for the busier hours.

The Lady Donna that is working here,she is making fun of immigrants that don’t know english good.Very rude and makes everybody feel unpleasant being in that office.I understand that there is many rude people and she is sick of dealing with them.But I come here every week and completely kind with her and her coworker,she always acts sarcastic with everybody who needs a little more help.I am suggesting that this office need another face.It is enough !

In the past month they have lost numerous packages of mine. They don't get scanned even when I bring them inside to the counter where employees work.

Where do i start?  The postal woman assigned to my neighborhood cant and wont bother knocking on door, and we always end up with the 'missed you' labels.  Its just lazy work!  Try calling to complain or express a concern and get ready to hold for 40-50 minutes despite it being such a small town (Argo-Summit, IL).  Ridiculous.
