The worst postal delivery I have had in my entire life. The driver on our street in the Queenspark neighborhood obviously does not care at all about the quality of her work. I do not understand how she hasn't already been fired. Myself and several of my neighbor consistently get each other's mail. We have complained to no avail. It is time to take it to the next level. Update: Thing were better for a month or so, but 2 separate neighbors deliver packages to my house that the mail person delivered to them "by mistake". This post office needs to be reported to the Inspector General.

The driver on my street Summerhurst delivers my neighbors mail to my house every week. Some neighbors are several streets away some several houses. I have called and complained and nothing happens. Today I have 13 pieces of mail for a neighbor on Misty Ridge. Nothing is ever done about the problems. Our complaints go into a black hole.

Terrible location. They have the worst parking lot of any post office ever. I'm writing this review from their parking lot as I got locked out of the post office before their official closing time. Yes, I understand that five minutes isn't much time before they close but it isn't when they close and the door was already locked. Their employee even saw me attempting to open the door and smiled as he locked the exit door as someone left. Unfortunately none of this matters as they are federally funded and will be open despite terrible customer service and an apparent inability to do their jobs (if you read other reviews).

nice post office, nice staff! What do you expect from a post office? they process the mail, take your package, you wait in a line- this is what post offices are! The people I have worked with here have been professional and able to get the job done.

It's a post office folks- you expect what? The people here are able to process your post office stuff that you need to do. Everyone is complaining? You know you can do alot of transactions online if you don't want to do it in person lol. Every time I come to this post office they do what I need. That is all I expect when I visit so they get 5 stars!
