I live in the area my whole life and been going to this post office for long as i can remember. They had they fair share of nice people and not so nice over that time. With that said, while the young lady who runs this office is very sweet and appears to be helpful, there some shade lurking over here. It’s small town over here and word gets around people talk. I read the previous reviews and I heard the same. That somebody be stealing over here. I’ve personally had valuables disappear after dropping off here and she was the only one working. I think she gets away with it cause she so nice nobody would think she be doing that. So they don’t even be bothered looking into it. That girl too nice and get all these compliments cause she nervous if she don’t they’ll know it her. Just come clean girl. The truth will set you free and the lord forgives all. It’s never too late to repent. Our lord is a forgiving lord and his door is always open. You just gotta turn the knob. I tell you one thing, you’ll feel like a weight come off your shoulders if you ever do. Until then I be going to parham rd and I’ll be praying for you girl!

Always a pleasant experience when I visit this little post office. Mixie is always very helpful and gives the best advice as far as how to send my packages. Never had any issues so far. Keep up the good work!

After reading the 2 most recent NEGATIVE reviews I thought I should chime in. Mixie is the most helpful and hard working person you would want to know. She takes her job VERY serious and to see that someone wrote that she's a thief is UNREAL just like the two people who wrote that. If it was my packages that were missing I WOULD NOT be on the postal site writing a review I would have been at the post office reporting it. Some people are PATHETIC!!

In all my years of using USPS I've never lost a package or had one stolen. Until I started frequenting this location. I shipped a valuable gift for my nieces bat mitzvah and was checked out by Misty, it was scanned in at this location, and then disappeared. Was never scanned again and package never arrived. I can't help but suspect somebody is stealing that works at this location. Just a fair warning to everybody. Valuable items tend to disappear when shipping from this location so I would stick to low value items if you must utilize this it. I hope they figure out what's going on. It's a shame really. P.S. if management is reading this, do you notice the positive reviews that specifically compliment Mixie? Her customer service is above and beyond because she is a thief. I know this for a fact. We have mutual acquaintances. Mixie says by going above and beyond in other areas, when packages end up "missing" the finger isn't even pointed at her. She claims superior customer service takes the heat off of her and allows her do avoid suspicion. No way would they expect her of doing this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PULL YOUR CAMERA FOOTAGE OR INVESTIGATE THIS WOMAN. This is confirmed. I promise you, do. a little digging and the truth will come out. This woman is ripping people off like crazy and will be responsible for the next USPS scandal!

I have known Mixie for about a year while doing business at both of her locations and she has always been pleasant and has integrity. I was excited to known she would move to Mountain Road because I knew that I would not have to worry about my mail or packages being missing or stolen. I get a lot of packages and not one has ever been stolen since she arrived. Thanks so much for you honesty Mixie. Ms. S
