Old Review: "The worst post office in the area. Rude employees. No easy drop off for prelabeled packages. Will return just about anything over a quarter of an OUNCE difference. Waste of time and money. Go to ANY other post office." New Review: Something changed early 2016. The employees are nicer. They say hello and good bye. Drop off is easier. It is a turn around from 2015.

Awful place to go. I had a first class package dropped off that I weighed in the 9 ounce block. They weighed it as 10.1 ounce and returned it to me! The tenth of an ounce doesn't even matter! It's either 9 ounces or 10 ounces and they had to be picky. Never had problems weighing packages out of my house until I moved to their location! Not only that but it took 7 whole days to arrive back to me, just so I could send it back out! So much for 1-5 days first class!! 7 Days to get 2 miles down the road and they promise 1-5 days for packages all over the country! Edit: Since this 1 star review they have seen a 180 turn around. Something changed. They are more friendly, they say hello, good bye, things go quicker.

Customer service and a smile goes a long way. Rude, attitude problems with the staff.

Waiting over two weeks to have apartment mailbox rekeyed and issued. Never had to go to the post office for a mailbox key issued before. Replacing a lock and issuing a key doesn't take that long.
