This is a horrible place that has no customer service at all. They all act like they don't want to be there. My package was taken and not scanned because thy say it had yesterday's day which was a Sunday. This happen before and my package was never seen again. This is  just a way for the postal employees to steal.  Something needs to be done about this issue.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Not only are they rude but I never receive my packages on time. They lie about where it is and give me the run around. Yesterday 3/16/18 the status of my package was out for delivery later that day it was delivered in the mailbox. Once I got home ..no package to be found...THEY DO THIS EVERYTIME I ORDER SOMETHING!!!!!!!!! Now today 3/17/18 the status has changed to noticed left(which there is not one anywhere on my property) &Held at post office at customer request?????WHEN DID I REQUEST THAT I WANT IT IN MY MAILBOX WHERE ITS SUPPOSED TO BE! Everytime without fail now I have to start sending all of my packages to my mother's house just so they don't go through this facility....smh

I have an active ( Post Office Box ) at this location. I recently came in to pick up several packages that were delivered to this location. I later found out they lost or possible placed the pick up package key in someone else box. The Manager ( Brenda) was very uncaring about the whole situation and in fact went back and forth with me that her co- worker put the key in my box. If that so, I would have my package! I will never have anything sent here for pick up plus as soon as my lease is up on the post office box I’m taking my business elsewhere.. #dissatifisedcustomer #closethisplacedown

They workers in the back throw packages as if they are trying to score 2 points. It does not matter that you can see them.
