I know going to the post office can be a frustrating experience as I do it often for my work. I have tried every post office in walking distance to my apartment and this one wins out! Even when there's a long line they move it much quicker than the average Brooklyn post office. Today I walked in and there had to be a line of 30+ people and they cleared it within a matter of 10 minutes seriously impressive! I love how when the line gets long they have somebody out with the debit credit card machine helping people with prepaid packages or flat rate boxes. Also use this location to get my passport done and they made the appointment very easy. Great staff , thank you lady's !

This place desperately needs new management. The employees are slow, rude, and completely disorganized. I was told that I had to stand on different lines for package pickup and sending mail. When I was done sending mail, and got on the line for package pickup - which ended up being impossibly slow. The same teller who told me I had to stand in a different line ended up picking up packages for other customers. When I complained about this, the teller was rude and nasty. I used to ship tons of packages through USPS here since I have an small business. I stopped working with them several months ago and switched to another carrier, and I'm so glad I did, but I still have to come to this awful place to pick up my personal mail.

They’ll say your package is delivered even if it’s not. I’m pretty sure they just leave the phone off the hook because I tried calling at least 10 times throughout the day and got a busy signal every single time. Nobody here cares at all, this institution is a perfect example of

The aggregate 1.6 stars score definitely freaked me out but when I came on Saturday at 12:45pm before close, the service was very good. I was there for a package pickup and the lady at the window was super helpful. She remembered everyone's name she was helping, kept it moving fast and even found a package I didn't have the slip for.  Hope all visits are like this.

Zero stars ever. Always long lines, understaffed, slow service. Just now tried to charge me 50% extra on an international priority mailing of documents because they didn't have the prepaid envelope for it. It's absurd to ask us $20 extra for the same service with the same envelope weight just because you don't have a particular envelope in stock!
